5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unpredictable.
- MaxAI does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content.
- You are solely responsible for how you use any generated content.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
6.1 Optional Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features.
6.2 Billing
Payments are processed by Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment policies.
6.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6.4 Restore Purchases
You can restore purchases using the Restore Purchases option in the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, trademarks, logos, designs, and software related to the App are owned by or licensed to MaxAI and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
8. Termination
MaxAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MaxAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
